That Really Is Max Hall!
Of course the one face we really want to be able to see is the one you can't!
Our neighbor said it must be because Max Hall is so angelic!

11:00--pick up Alex from A.M. football and drop Cassidy off to Cheer camp.
12:00--drop Alex off at his job at the new elementary school.
1:30--pick up Cassidy from cheer camp
4:30--drop Connor off to football practice and pick up Alex from work.
6:30- pick up Connor from football practice
6:45--Alex to p.m. football practice

With school starting on Monday, and me having to go back to work--this was a very interesting week! I did have some friends who helped out when I just could not find a way to be three places at once! It's a crazy life--and I have never been so excited for Sunday!!!

Washington Vacation!
Despite the 14 hour drive--our trip to Washington was wonderful! We were blessed with perfect weather! ( a little humid) We spent time with my Grandma and Grandpa. The kids had so much fun swimming in the creek--that is all Zach wanted to do the whole time we were there! We took a ferry from Bremerton to Seattle and spent a hot and hectic day seeing Seattle sights! We went to Northwest Trek--which is a wildlife preserve--and they preserve their wildlife very well--we saw Caribou, Elk, Fox, Swans, wolves, buffalo, cougars--and much more! One day I spent with my Grandma in the hospital while she underwent a chemo treatment. She could not believe that I would spend one of my vacation days with her in the hospital--and I was just so glad that I could be there! It was awesome to be stuck in a hospital for 6 hours just visiting with grandma and mom! We came home from chemo and had homeade cafe rio salads! Jodi made the dressing and I made the meat--we made a pretty good team because they tasted fantastic! Of course if Jodi was there that means Noah was there too! He is getting so big--and so stinkin' cute--We had a super week---thanks mom and dad for putting up with us! We Love you!

Alex Turns 16!!!
It does not seem possible--but it is official --Alex is 16! He cannot get his lisence unitl September, because of the new permit laws! Hopefully by then I will not have to be heavily medicated when I am in the car with him!! It is not that he is a bad driver--I just know how many other bad drivers are out there! We are so grateful to have a wonderful son like Alex. He is good example of a great teen-ager! I still get kisses whenever he leaves the house--he is a hard worker--and just fun to be around!! He is almost an Eagle Scout--good thing he cannot get his lisence until September--that gives him 3 more months!! I do not know what is more scary--that he just turned 16, or that in 3 years he will be 19-and getting ready for a mission!! Where does the time go???

Girls Camp 2008--We Will Stand!
To say we had a great time at Girls camp is the biggest understatement of all!! The whole week was so much fun--it was so spiritual--it was minus all the normal girls camp drama--I have been home for three days, and while I missed my family while I was away--I am missing my girls already! It is because I have such great girls that the week was such a success. I am so grateful for all the leaders and their hardwork--especially my assistant--Miss Jennie--she is amazing--her and I really became of "One heart and one mind" while we worked on camp, and one of the best things to come out of my experince this year will be a new-found friendship with her! What a geat way to start the summer--it was to remarkable for words!
